IHO 2012 Advisory Board Meeting
On June 13, 2012 health care leaders from around the world came together to attend the IHO Advisory Board Meeting at the Harvard Club in Boston, MA. The Board and other participants had the opportunity to hear from various organizations – Mayo Clinic Florida, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, New Jersey Hospital Association, Palmetto Richland and The Ottawa Hospital – that have adopted IHO’s methodology. In addition to our Board members, we were joined by many distinguished guests including the new President of Healthcare Financial Management Association, CEO of American Organization of Nurse Executives, former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services administrator, Executive Director of the Institute of Medicine, Massachusetts Executive Office of Health & Human Services Secretary, as well as representatives of American College of Emergency Physicians, Leapfrog Group, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, hospital CEOs and Chief Nursing officers.
